An individual learning programme tailored to your child’s needs

Our Secondary School English tuition has helped hundreds of children improve and gain confidence in their literacy skills. We work to discover your child’s strengths and weaknesses, developing a learning programme that is individual to their requirements. Our learning programmes are consistently monitored and adapted, ensuring your child gets the most out of their time with us. The programme will build on the foundations of literacy through a range of learning tools including face to face teaching, computer-based learning and additional revision and homework activities.

Our kind and highly-trained teachers can help your child succeed with:

  • Literacy skills

  • Spelling & grammar

  • Punctuation

  • Talking

  • Listening

  • Analytical thinking

Parents get in touch with us for support with the following:

  • Building confidence

  • Moving up a set

  • Boosting grades

  • Passing entrance exams

  • Receiving tailored attention

  • Catching up with classmates

Our free English assessment can help you understand where your child needs the most guidance. We’ll evaluate their reading, spelling, and analytical skills and work out where the focus should be. If you find the centre is a good fit, we can book some full sessions!

  • My eldest son started just after lockdown and the teachers at Kip helped him catch up on the months of lost learning. The school closures affected significant amounts of year 5/6 for him and he was not confident with maths to start with. He got into set 1 in year 7 and they have continued to help him through into year 9. If he has a test coming up they will taylor the session to help him prepare. My younger son, who is now in year 6, has started attending sessions too. He was reluctant to commit to lessons outside of school, but the team make it fun and engaging and he comes home proud of what he has achieved.
